Rudolf Lukeš Prize

Rudolf Lukeš (April 13, 1897 Kralupy nad Vltavou - October 17, 1960) is considered the founder of organic synthesis in the Czech region. He devoted himself mainly to the use of Grignard compounds (click here for details). The Rudolf Lukeš Award is awarded by the OBFCH OS in cooperation with the Experientia Foundation for a collection of original publications in the field of organic, bioorganic and medical chemistry from the last five years published in prestigious scientific journals.
